Troop 1 Calendar

MONDAY, JANUARY 30^th 2012:  PLEASE NOTE TIMES BELOW !

7:00pm: SPL Cole Roberts and ASPL Jimmy Pickrell meet with Mr. Donat.

7:30pm: Troop Patrol Leaders’ Council Meeting.  Class A uniforms !  All members of the PLC must attend: SPL (Cole), ASPL (Jimmy), PLs (Jon Mclean, Christopher Cogswell, Andrew Renstrom), Scribe (Paul Cogswell). If you cannot attend, you must get someone to fill in for you – contact them directly, don’t just leave a message.

UPCOMING EVENTS (through July 2012):

Scouts should start distributing mulch order forms NOW, and definitely before MARCH 1st.  See the email Mrs. Gutterman sent out last Thursday Jan. 26^th.  Mrs. Gutterman’s email address is tgutterman@cox.net  and her phone number is 287-5093.   Turn in all complete orders to Mrs. Gutterman either at a Monday night Troop meeting or to her home at 1125 Westover Ave. as soon as you can.  Payment must be included with the order.  Checks should be made payable to Troop 1.

FEBRUARY 1^st (this coming Wednesday): OA Chapter Meeting, 7:30pm.

FEBRUARY 6^th: COURT OF HONOR, 7pm.

FEBRUARY 13^th, 20^th: Troop Meetings, 7pm.

FEBRUARY 17^th-19^th: SKI TRIP.

 FEBRUARY 27^th: PLC MEETING, 7pm.

MARCH : MULCH SALE FUNDRAISER

MARCH 5^th, 12^th, 19^th: Troop Meetings, 7 pm.

Nominations for new Troop officers on March 12^th.

MARCH 7^th (Wednesday): OA Chapter Meeting, 7:30pm.

MARCH 9^th- 11^th: CAMPOUT: Fritzland (Shooting)

 MARCH 18^th(Sunday): SERVICE: SHAMROCK MARATHON WATER STOP

MARCH 21st:  Mulch delivered to Mallory Country Club in West Ghent.

MARCH 24^th-25^th:   Scouts and adult drivers deliver mulch to customers.

MARCH 26^th: PLC MEETING, 7pm.

 APRIL 2^nd, 9^th, 16^th, 23^rd: Troop Meetings, 7pm. (Theme: Caving)

APRIL 4^th (Wednesday): OA Chapter Meeting, 7:30pm

APRIL 20^th-22^nd: CAMPOUT: DEVIL’S MARBLE YARD

 APRIL 27^th-29^th: OA CONCLAVE
