Pack 38 is sponsored by the Brazos Bend Elementary School of Sugar Land, Texas, and is a part of the Tomahawk District, Sam Houston Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America.

At the present time, we have approximately 100 scouts, and we have an active year-round camping program which includes Fall and Spring campouts; Sleepovers at: the Zoo, Moody Gardens and the U.S.S. Lexington; and Day Camp opportunities each summer.

The Scouting program is designed to promote character development, citizenship training, and physical fitness. These aims are accomplished through various methods, including ideals (the Scout Oath and Law), uniforms, the patrol method, advancement, outdoor programs, leadership development, opportunities for personal growth, and adult role models.
