2006 Merit Badge Changes

Check out the merit badges changes to 2006 on our Advancement page. Included in the changes are the following Eagle required badges: Camping, Citizenship in the World and Environmental Science If you haven't begun these merit badges before Jan. 1, 2006, then you must use the new requirements. Scouts that began these requirements prior to this year can continue to use the older requirements or they can switch to the new ones.

Hiking Committee

We have a hiking committee to help with the hiking sticks and planning new hikes for the troop. Members of the committee are Michael H, Stephen, Trent, Chris B and Vipul. If you're interested in being on the committee, see either Mr. Toda or Mr. Fisher

Donate your old merit badge pamphlets!

Did you purchase a merit badge pamphlet and no longer need it? Then consider donating it to the troop library as a non-cash donation. You can get credit for tax deduction. There will be a higher value for pamphlets that reflect the current requirements and a smaller amount for pamphlets that are out-date.

Patrol Leader's Resource Page

We've added a page for patrol leaders. Included are worksheets, hints for running patrol meetings, being a leader and patrol activities. PL's webpage
